Lake Mead Recreation Area

It was such a nice sunny day, I decided to fly our DJI Phantom 3 Professional Drone over the Boulder Beach Campground to capture an aerial view of the campground, Lake Mead and the surrounding Lake Mead Recreation Area. Only later did I learn it is a violation to fly a drone in any National Park, National Monument or National Recreation Area. Apparently, some drone operators have been irresponsible in the way they have flown their aircraft on federal lands and have ruined it for those of us who fly our aircraft in a responsible manner. Bummer!
Tomorrow another adventure begins.
