Red Cliff Restaurant
Torrey, Utah
We made a return visit to the Red Cliff Restaurant for a late lunch. I had the mushroom burger and Sharon had the fried chicken fingers. Both dishes were served with those amazing, delicious, crunchy, french fries seasoned in a beer batter.
After lunch we took a tour of Torrey. Torrey is the eastern gateway to Scenic Byway 12 and lies about 9 miles west of Capital reef National Park. It was settled in the 1880s and reportedly named after Colonel Jay Torrey, one of Theodore Roosevelt’s Rough Riders.
